Annual 4th of July Parade & Picnic – 2017!

Join us for our traditional July 4th festivities in the Park!

Independence Day begins with a Neighborhood Parade at 9:00 am. (Note earlier start) Everyone is invited to create themed floats and/or decorate bicycle’s to walk in the parade around the Park Drive circle. Prizes will be awarded to all float, bicycle and pet entrants! Park Parade entries assemble in church parking lot at 8:45 am.

The parade is followed by a Flagpole Ceremony in the church parking lot which includes singing the National Anthem and a Patriotic Speech from one of our Park neighbors. The Village of Glenview parade starts from 11:15 am and will travel down Glenview Road past our GNC campus this year. Then it’s back to The Park for our Neighborhood Picnic Lunch in the Pine Grove (near the playground opposite the Church) beginning at 12:30 pm.
